Our service uses OpenAI to analyze your journal entries. Your journal content is sent to OpenAI for processing and analysis. While we take measures to secure this data transfer, please be aware that any information you include in your journal may be processed by OpenAI's systems.

The insights and recommendations provided by our AI analysis are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical or professional advice. Always consult with appropriate professionals for health, mental health, or other important decisions.

16. Do-Not-Track Signals
